As a member, you are eligible to sign up for a 6 or 12 month payment plan to be drafted from a checking account/ card on the first of every month. The majority of your payment will be used as credit toward future treatments. Also upon joining, you will immediately have advantage of discounted pricing as well as a Swag Bag welcome gift!
Fees – $109/ month will be charged and deposited to your AE wallet which $29 convenience fee will be taken out for Membership
You can join at any time! Cancellation requires a 30 day written notice. Ask your provider on how to join today.
